Hypoxicater

We are excited to present altitude training in our lab from 17 July 2012. Get the full benefits of altitude training while staying at sea level with our new GO2Altitude® hypoxia training system. The training system simulates preselected altitude profiles (eg. 4500m) in a safe, convenient and effective way.  Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) will lead to positive adaptations in the cardiovascular and respiratory system resulting in enhanced altitude tolerance, performance improvements and faster recovery, especially during periods of intense training.

Lactate test

Lactate TestWe decided to add another test to our menu. The Lactate test (LT test) is exactly the same as the VO2 max test (same protocol, same data), with the only difference that we do not measure gas exchange for VO2max. The results include all the important variables associated with maximal exercise testing and also provide the important heart rate training zones.
