Apply for service online or contact the IT Service Desk at 021 808 4367 or log a service request on the ICT Partner Portal. All projects (and surveys) for degree purposes, in which humans, institutions, organisations or communities/groups are involved or approached as participants, must be submitted to the Departmental Ethics Screening Committee (DESC) for review. |
| FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES |
| The web-based e-Survey service (SUNSurveys) is available to support academic staff and students of the University of Stellenbosch using online surveys for their academic research. SUNsurveys is also regularly used for staff opinion polls, voting and service delivery surveys. |

The service will run 24/7, except when upgrades and maintenance are scheduled. The service is dependent on other services, such as the network.
