InductEx is a three-dimensional magnetoquasistatic inductance calculator for multi-terminal superconductive integrated circuit layouts, available as a console application for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.

Version 5.07 with support for multiple powerful 3D solver engines (using cuboid or tetrahedral mesh elements) and parameter sweep capabilities is now available in single and multicore versions for registered and/or paid-up academic and commercial users. It includes critical field calculation for flux trapping locations, external magnetic field analysis, the calculation of coupling from holes in superconducting planes to circuit structures, capacitance extraction with multiple dielectric layers, characteristic impedance extraction and support for permeable materials. Compact SPICE model extraction in the EM environment is supported, and packaging analysis with highly customizable wire bonds is now supported, as visualised below. The latest version of InductEx was released on 17 May 2019.

Version 4.30 with a modified FastHenry solver engine and some size constraints is still available as a free download for evaluation purposes.
