The Centre endeavours to develop the commercial potential of the infrastructure and expertise of the Department of Music. It comprises various units that support the work functions and activities of the Centre as a whole. These units are as follows:

The mission of the Department of Music and, by extension, of the Centre for Music, is to provide an enabling environment in which the various aspects of their respective visions can be realised to the full through synergy between the activities of the Department and the various entities of the Centre.
