The MRI images show a lesion of the first sacral segment. The lesion appears lobulated.
    Differential Diagnosis
  1. Aneurysmal Bone Cyst
  2. Chordoma
  3. Giant Cell Tumour

Treatment
Biopsy (from Posterior) typical ABC. Arteriogram done - no arteries suitable for embolisation. Surgery - anterior approach - lesion opened and curetted - packed with morcellised allograft.
