The Xray on the previous page shows a destructive lytic tumour of the proximal; humerus. The adjacent photo shows the typical "onion skin" periosteal reaction of Ewing's Sarcoma.
Treatment
A.disarticulation of Shoulder was done. On histology of this specimen, the tumour mass had responded well to chemotherapy
