X rays show a lytic, fairly well demarcated lesion on straight x rays.
The MRI shows the tumour has cystic spaces with fluid levels. This is a characteristic of ABC. There was also a small intra articular fracture.
The biopsy showed the most likely diagnosis was Giant Cell Tumour. Treatment
Tumor was curetted, Phenolised and packed with bank bone (chips and morcellised)
