This was a late presentation of osteosarcoma, a tumour that rearly presents so distally (>1% Osteosarcoma). If this sarcoma is seen in the foot or hand it usually presents at a later age as in this case. Multiple pulmonary metastases can be seen on the chest x ray. The foot x ray on the previous page shows a large soft tissue mass over the metatarsals. Histology - chondroblastic type osteosarcoma Treatment
