The pictures are of one of the Tumors about the knee that was packed after cryosurgery with bone chips.
She developed a pathological fracture and drifted into varus. An osteotomy of the proximal tibia failed to correct the varus malunion - such massive bone grafts never incorporate and corrective osteotomies through them must fail.
She is the one patient who developed a local recurrence.
With this and the varus, stiff knee I decided an amputation would be the best option.
