ResearchAfrica

ResearchAfrica is a web-based resource available (through an annual institutional subscription, covered by the Division of Research Development) to SU researchers. Through this database, researchers have access to a vast number of up-to-date international funding opportunities that researchers in South Africa can apply for. These funding opportunities are searchable by keywords, disciplinary fields and sponsors. In the current national funding climate, our researchers should increasingly be looking for international funding opportunities, and this tool provides us with an excellent way of getting updated and detailed information on opportunities.

The tool also includes general news items on African Science and Technology.
