An electronic system called the Research Administrator (RA) is used for capturing the data required for the annual survey of research output.

RA is a web-based database system to which a contact person in each department/division/centre/bureau has access.This person is designated by the departmental chairperson/head/director and is responsible for recording the research output of the department/division/centre/bureau concerned.
