The build script is implemented in Strawberry Perl, which is
apparently more open-source redistribution friendly than the previous
choice of Active Perl. It is downloaded and installed onto a new
machine as part of the SacemaBoot installation process.
We currently use Strawberry Perl v5.12.3.0, either the 32-bit or
64-bit version, depending on the value you specify for %ARCH%.
