Micro typologies of South African researchers

Project time line: 2018

This project focuses on the performance and behaviour as researchers as unique individuals within the science system. First, we will explore the performance characteristics of individual scientists and how this is shaped by various factors. Secondly, the aim is to develop an appropriate typology and taxonomy of individual researchers according to meaningful analytical categories based on a wide range of performance metrics.
