4.Changes | |
4.1 General | |
4.1.1 | Vehicle information that has been captured incorrectly or has changed, can be rectified as soon as possible. See 4.3.1 below for instructions. |
4.1.2 | Requests for changes in type of parking or allocated parking area must first be referred to the relevant environments for their input. |
4.2 During the application process | |
4.2.1 | If you have not yet submitted your application, saw the confirming computer screen and received an e-mail, you can amend the information yourself. |
4.2.2 | If you have already submitted your application, cancel your application, and resubmit (together with the correct information) or phone Transport Services 021 808 9071/3916. |
4.3 After the allocations have been finalized: | |
4.3.1 | Click here to see details of your allocation. |
4.3.2 | Click on "Modify vehicle details" at the bottom of the page and change your vehicle information. Then click on "Submit". The changes will be saved, and an e-mail to print the new parking disc will be forwarded to the parking coordinator at your campus. The disc will then be forwarded to you via internal mail. |
