Covid-19 in the Mass Media Through the Lens of South African Editorial Cartoons

The new chair of Journalism at Stellenbosch University, Prof Herman Wasserman, and CREST researcher, Dr Marina Joubert, has published a fun and interesting paper in Taylor & Francis’s Journalism Practice, titled:

Covid-19 in the Mass Media Through the Lens of South African Editorial Cartoons: An Exploratory Study. 

The research investigates the main themes present in South African editorial cartoons related to Covid-19. Dr Joubert has stated that this research kept her going through the pandemic.
