An Assessment of the Pan African Parliament

Having been in existence for almost two decades, this study seeks to examine whether the Pan African Parliament is achieving its articulated objectives, mission, and goals. The primary aim of this institutional assessment is to diagnose, suggest, and contribute to a systematic review of the institutional objectives, mission, and goals to meet the exigency of the time. This will be done by providing answers to pertinent evaluation questions using research-based methodologies under the theoretical approach of Michael Quinn Patton’s original five-step criteria of Utilization-Focused Evaluation (UFE).
