Biography
Anele Horn became a lecturer at the Department of Town and Regional Planning after graduating from the University of Pretoria in 2003. Her primary responsibilities included the course development and presentation of undergraduate modules relating to spatial planning theory and urban design. From 2006 onwards she was involved in the conceptualisation, drafting and implementation of municipal Spatial Development Frameworks in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality as well as the City of Cape Town Unicity. Anele joined the CRUISE in 2011.
