Ebenaezer’s PhD dissertation focuses on socio-economic development in the South African Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (REIPPPP) in the Northern Cape Province. He worked at the City of Cape Town and the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipalities on Corporate Governance, Environmental Infrastructure and Environmental Services Projects. He tirelessly advocates for the deployment of renewable energy technologies and volunteers at environmental NGOs such as Greenpeace Africa and Zero Carbon Africa. He holds a New Venture Creation (Business Management) Certificate from the Regenesys Business School in Sandton. He was part of the initial entrepreneur intake at SEDA’s Renewable Energy Business Incubator (SAREBI) in Atlantis. He obtained a Master in Philosophy (Sustainable Development) degree from Stellenbosch University that looked at the energy infrastructure transitions in urban informal households.
