Project Management

The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for all Project Management services and manages projects in terms of governance, compliance and the Project Management methodology of the Facilities Management division of Stellenbosch University.

This department assumes overall responsibility for initial assessment and registration of projects prior to detailed planning. Project resources are then managed and integrated, including oversight by the projects team. The Project Management department is also tasked with the acceptance and allocation of tenders for building projects. They are also responsible for the management of capital projects from commencement to delivery, as well as the relevant financial administration.
