HPC1
Procedure for transferring user fees:
- Initiate a journal to the accountant for your department at the Finance department. This journal should:
- Debit your cost point
- Credit cost point R1243, account 5227 with R2000.00
- Use your username as reference
- When emailing the journal request to your accountant, CC Charl Möller. Journals sometimes take a couple of days to complete, the CC is proof enough that payment will go through.
Users registering after the end of June pay R1000.00 for that year.
Mailing list
All users are required to subscribe to the HPC mailing list. All announcements concerning the HPC will be posted there (e.g. downtime notifications). You're also welcome to ask for help on the list.

- Use your own cost point and username as reference
- When emailing the journal request to your accountant, CC Carel van Heerden. Journals sometimes take a couple of days to complete, the CC is proof enough that payment will go through.
