Once your application has been submitted, please do not wait for your letter of admission to book housing with our accommodation office. Please fill out the online accommodation application form.
International Housing Coordinator: Grant Leukes
Once you have booked your flight ticket, please fill in the online arrival sheet, to arrange for an airport pickup free of charge.

Once you arrive on campus please report to Stellenbosch University International (SU International) situated in the Wilcocks Building in order to register as an affiliate student. Bring your original passport, medical insurance document and proof of payment of any fees that were invoiced to you on the Letter of Admission. Should you not have made the payment electronically before your arrival, you can pay your fees at Administration A’s cashiers - credit cards, visa cards and cash accepted.
Once you are registered, you will receive a proof of registration which is then taken to the IT Hub building in order to have a student card made. No photo needs to be provided as a photo is taken on site.

Affiliate students need to close their student account 3 to 5 days before departure with Ms Yolanda Johnson; please contact Yolanda Johnson for assistance in this regard.
