Flow Cytometry Analysis Workshop 2020

With this one-day course we aim to teach users basic data analysis of their flow cytometric data in FlowJo, a popular third party software package for analysis. We will cover data input, compensation, gating, creating tables and layouts for visual and data output. This course is aimed at allowing users to become more independent with their data analysis.
