Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Scientometrics / Bibliometrics / Research Evaluation.
The fellowship will commence in February 2020. The initial fellowship is for 2-years and is renewable for another subsequent term of 2 years.
Postdoctoral fellowship applications are open to anyone who has completed their PhD in the last five years. It is expected that the successful candidate will have a strong background and competencies in quantitative methods and/or information science. A degree in information science, computer science, bibliometrics or mathematical statistics will be a strong recommendation.

Postdoctoral applicants must send a completed application form and comprehensive curriculum vitae, including a list of publications and the names and contact details of at least two referees, to Marthie van Niekerk at mvn3@sun.ac.za. Applicants should request their referees to forward confidential reports by the closing date direct to the same address.
Closing date for application is 15 February 2019.
