Format of sessions

• Keynote presentations, individual and group presentations, panels and posters.
• Presentation: 15 minutes and 5 minutes discussion
• Panel: 10 minutes as part of a panel of 4 and 15 minutes for discussion
• Poster: 10 minutes presentation by author as part of a structured session

Conference fees

There is no conference fee for Stellenbosch University staff members. *** Please note that when you register for the conference on the Conftool system you will have to select the option under Payment details: “Cash on arrival at the registration desk”. Of course the invoice will be R0 :)!

Lunch, tea and coffee will be provided on both days.
