Format of sessions

• Keynote presentations, individual and group presentations, panels and posters.
• Presentation: 15 minutes and 5 minutes discussion.
• Panel: 10 minutes as part of a panel of 4 and 15 minutes for discussion.
• Poster: 10 minutes presentation by author as part of a structured session.

Applicants will be notified whether their proposal has been accepted.

13 October 2017:
Closing date for registrations for Pre-Conference Workshops on 23 October and the Conference on 24 and 25 October 2017.

Conference fees:
There is no conference fee for Stellenbosch University staff members.  Lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.
