The points system is explained, a summary of the points you have earned thus far is provided and a complete log of all the assessment and journaling points you have earned per activity is listed.

Points Explained

You earn points for each assessment and journaling activity or exercise. The points value of the various activities are listed in the table below. An indication is also given of whether the activity is an assessment type or a journaling type

Once you have earned at least 1500 assessment and 1700 journaling points you qualify for the "Grit & Growth Mindset" badge.
