Degree programmes with a Law focus

If you are interested in a BCom or BAcc programme with a law focus, then choose BCom (Law) or BAcc LLB. These programmes are presented jointly with the Faculty of Law.

In the three-year BCom (Law) programme, you take subjects from the broad BCom programme alongside several law subjects.

The BAcc LLB programme enables you to complete both the BAcc and the LLB degrees as a single, combined qualification in a minimum time of five years. This programme offers the education necessary to qualify as a chartered accountant and as a legal practitioner simultaneously.

   Selection

The programmes BAcc and LLB (concurrent registration) and BCom (Law) are also subject to selection. The Faculty of Law runs their selection processes. For further information, see general admission information and selection.
