The Babanango Game Reserve in northern KwaZulu-Natal, is a Big 5 game reserve in the initial stages of development and includes a combination of mostly communally-owned and privately-owned land. Chris Galliers will discuss how conservation is unlocking new economic opportunities for this rural, farming community while conserving biodiversity.
