Senior Fellow
Dr Taddeo Rusoke is a senior lecturer, researcher and applied ecologist in the School of Sciences, Department of Natural Resources at Nkumba University, Entebbe, Uganda. Taddeo is the founder and co-director of African One Consult Limited – a biodiversity research company in Uganda that engages in protected area planning and management research, mentorship and capacity building in conservation education and species. He holds a PhD in Natural Resource Management (conservation science) from Nkumba University.
He is skilled in improving agricultural livelihoods of communities bordering protected areas through ecotourism enterprise development, conservation policy design, designing human-wildlife conflict mitigation interventions, and promotion of inclusive sustainable conservation modelling and financing.
