Ms Beverley Wynne has worked on the retail side of the wild meat sector as an owner and manager of biltong shops in the Western Cape, South Africa. Her interests today have broadened to include a focus on the harvesting of wild plants for food, beverage, and medicinal purposes.
In 2024, Beverley is supporting AWEI through strengthening our engagement with businesses and business-related initiatives regarding the harvesting, use, and trade of wild species - animals, plants, and fungi.
