With over seven years of experience in environmental, and occupational health and safety (EHS) management, Thembisile Ndlovu is dedicated to driving impactful sustainability initiatives and socio-economic development. Her background includes managing EHS risks, implementing risk-based strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. She holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development.

Currently serving as a development partnerships specialist at Anglo American, she leads the development of partnerships aligned with socio-economic development and sustainable impact objectives. Thembisile is passionate about energy transitions, climate justice, socio-economic development, and stakeholder involvement in decision and policy making, and strives to contribute meaningfully to these areas. With a keen interest in fostering sustainable practices and addressing global challenges, she is committed to driving positive change and creating a more equitable and environmentally conscious future.
