Thembisile Ndlovu

With over seven years of experience in environmental, and occupational health and safety (EHS) management, Thembisile Ndlovu is dedicated to driving impactful sustainability initiatives and socio-economic development. Her background includes managing EHS risks, implementing risk-based strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. She holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development.

Currently serving as a development partnerships specialist at Anglo American, she leads the development of partnerships aligned with socio-economic development and sustainable impact objectives. Thembisile is passionate about energy transitions, climate justice, socio-economic development, and stakeholder involvement in decision and policy making, and strives to contribute meaningfully to these areas. With a keen interest in fostering sustainable practices and addressing global challenges, she is committed to driving positive change and creating a more equitable and environmentally conscious future. By leveraging her expertise and experiences, she aims to promote sustainable development, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and advocate for policies that prioritise social, economic, and environmental wellbeing.
