Fakazile Thusi graduated with a degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal before transitioning to Stellenbosch University for her postgraduate studies. Flourishing in the Western Cape, she has found her niche in the renewable energy sector and currently serves as a project analyst. Driven by her passion for sustainability transitions, she is pursuing her Master’s degree with the CST. Her research will primarily examine the dynamics of social systems and its role in fostering the localisation of renewable energy infrastructure manufacturing in South Africa.
