Mahlatsi Joyce Modipa

Mahlatsi Joyce Modipa is a certified Professional Construction Project Manager (PrCPM) (certified by SACPCMP), and holds a Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA) certification from the Chartered Institute of Development Finance (CIDEF). She holds a BSc(Eng)(Civil) from the University of Cape Town and Master’s in Development Finance from the Stellenbosch Business School at Stellenbosch University. Her Master’s research project focused on private participation infrastructure and its impact on carbon emissions reduction in South Africa.

Her career trajectory evolved from infrastructure planning and design to infrastructure project and programme management. Her project management expertise spans various sectors including education, health, water and sanitation, rail stations, and roads.
