Monique Beukes is the Administrative and Financial Officer at Centre for Sustainability Transitions. She holds a BSc degree in Human Movement studies and has been employed at Stellenbosch University since 1993. She has played mainly administrative and financial roles in several departments and faculties, including the departments of Physics, Viticulture and Oenology, Wine Biotechnology and the School of Public Leadership, and has extensive experience on various financial systems. At the CST, Monique previously held the position of PGDip Administrative Officer, where she navigated student administration, finance, and general and specific systems information about this programme before moving to her current position. She has a passion for administration, has a highly organised work approach and a willingness to work according to clearly laid rules and procedures.
