Dr Odirilwe Selomane
Profile
Dr Odirilwe Selomane is senior lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Economics, Extension and Rural Development at the University of Pretoria. He is currently working on various projects including developing sustainability indices, assessing the potential transformations of food systems through dietary choices towards sustainability outcomes, and developing tools and approaches to guide investments for nature solutions finance. He is a coordinating lead author of the ongoing Nexus Assessment of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services on the chapter focusing on the future interactions in the nexus of biodiversity, food, water, climate and health.
