Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law

This programme is offered part-time over a period of two years.

The curriculum includes:

. basic principles of income tax law

. letter of objection

. notice of appeal

. advanced income tax law

. legal aspects pertaining to donations tax

. legal aspects pertaining to value added tax

. legal aspects pertaining to transfer duty, stamp duty and other taxes

Although this diploma course is primarily taught in Afrikaans, one module dealing with the fiscal implications of international trade will be offered in English.
