e-Workshops

A collection of e-workshops, consisting of self assessments with individualised feedback, exercises and journaling activities, is available here. Its goal is to enhance your wellness and personal well-being, to improve your self knowledge and academic potential, and to stmulate discussions within your mentoring group.

All the workshops were chosen specifically because the topics they address have been shown to have a direct influence on academic performance and personal well-being. More titles will be added in the future.

Wellness development points (WDP's) are earned for completing these e-workshops, and all your assessment results, recommendations, interactions and journal entries are saved and are always available from the links below.
