Step 1: Study your dashboard to see how many points you have accumulated thus far and to find out if you have done enough to earn your badge. Also notice your activity counters and be sure to take note of the latest and the next scheduled updates - all information entered today will be processed and added to your pages on the date indicated above.

Please note: You can learn more about the various indicators on your dashboard by studying the "Understand Your Dashboard" section below. You can also download a PDF summary of the workshop from the first button link at the bottom of this page.

Step 2: Study your assessment and journaling histories / records - available from "Assessment Results" and "Journal / Q&A" menu options at the top of the page and from the links below. Use this information to decide what still needs to be done and to compile an action plan for today's session.

Step 3: If you are a newcomer, or if you want a refresher, download a PDF summary of this workshop from the first link below.

Step 4: Enter the e-workshop and execute your action plan for today (take the assessment and/or do some of the exercises). The link to the e-workshop is available from the top menu and from the link below.

Updates:All information entered today will be processed and added to your pages on the date indicated above. Your pages are therefore not immediately updated the moment you enter the information - this makes it possible to selectively moderate the process and the information entered.

Points:Points are awarded for every action you take, i.e. for all assessments taken and all journal entries made. Click here for a comprehensive explanation of the points system.

Activity & journal counters:The activity counter indicates the total number of visits you have paid to the different sections of the workshop, in this case the EquipU4 Wellness Index and the other 12 information and journaling sections. If you have visited each of the 13 sections twice the activity counter's value will be 26. The journal entry counter indicates how many different journal entries you have made - in this case the total number of journaling questions and exercises you have completed.

Badge requirements: You need 500 assessment and 2500 journaling points to qualify for a "Wellness Development" badge. To reach it you typically will have to complete the EquipU4 Wellness Index twice, complete the wellness reflections and coaching questions at least once, perform a few WOOP's and report a few of your wellness success stories (regarding changes or new wellness habits, for example).
