What a great success this was! All lights were switched of in res for one hour during which most girls came down to the quad to enjoy each others company around a burning fire. African drum beats and a didjiridoo were played to create an atmosphere like none other.

Braaibroodjies, wors, pap&sous, marshmellows and Marie biscuits were offered to everyone. We danced and ate and taught each other moves and Xhosa phrases and just had a great time. There was such a great turn out that the food ran dry, but at least everyone got a taste of something! Next time there will be more food!!:)
