| FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES |
The presentation of short courses is a teaching activity that takes place in the name of the University and needs to comply with the quality assurance requirements of the University and the relevant government and regulatory institutions (DHET; CHE and SAQA).Features include:
Managing of short course offerings.
Managing of enrolments, including admitting, registering, and completing a course.
Issuing of certificate numbers.
Financial aspects: Creating invoices and keeping track of payments received for individuals. |

Service Hours
The service will run 24/7, except when upgrades and maintenance are scheduled. The service is dependent on other services, such as the network.
