Directions to South to South from N1 Highway:

• Leave the N1 at exit 20.
• At the traffic lights, turn right if coming from Cape Town (left if coming from Paarl), into Mike Pienaar Boulevard.
• Follow this road to the intersection with Tienie Meyer Drive, where you turn right.
• Follow this road as it loops under itself and becomes Francie van Zijl Drive.
• Pass the entrance of Stellenbosch University Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and Tygerberg Academic Hospital Complex on your left.
• Keep left and follow the road to the traffic lights at the Western entrance of Tygerberg Academic Hospital. Turn left at these traffic lights to enter the hospital grounds.

Directions to South to South from Cape Town International Airport:

• Follow the directions form the airport to Bellville. (After the petrol station, keep left to turn into Borchard's Quarry Road.
• Follow this to the intersection with Modderdam Road, where you turn right.
• At the intersection with De la Rey Road, turn left.
• Keep on driving till the intersection with Francie van Zijl Road, where you turn right.
• Continue straight at the traffic lights (do not follow the road bending off to the left).
• Turn left at the traffic lights into the Western entrance of Tygerberg Academic Hospital.
