Delegates are encouraged to take advantage of the secure online registration facility and register before Friday 23 August 2024 30 August 2024 to qualify for the early bird registration fee. Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation which will include an invoice and/or a receipt.
The registration fee includes scientific sessions, tea, final programme and abstract book. Completed registration will be acknowledged by e-mail. Accompanying persons are invited to the social event. A Gala dinner is also available at a cost of ZAR800/person.
Please note that late registrations can only be accepted at the conference office up to Wednesday 23 October 2024. Thereafter, delegates must register at the conference.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received by the Secretariat will be subject to the following refund policy:
- 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received before 30 August 2024.
- No refund if written cancellation is received after 30 August 2024.
