Daniel Bell
Steinhoff Maties’ defender Daniel Bell has been chosen as captain of the Western Province u21 team for the national tournament in April.
Bell is one of 11 Maties players in the WP group. The national u21 tournament is from 20-25 April. No less than 13 Maties women players are in the WP women’s team for the tournament.
Maties are also represented in the Pens teams. Edwin Reed will captain the men’s team, while Paige Phillips take charge of the women’s team that will be coached by Maties’ Adene Bennett.
