Eva M. Brodin is Associate Professor at Lund University in Sweden, where she holds a senior lectureship at the Division for Higher Education Development, Department of Educational Sciences. Brodin's work is focused on doctoral education, and her research with Prof. Liezel Frick has been internationally awarded for research excellence. It covers doctoral students' development of critical and creative thinking, their academic identity development, and the organisational support given to doctoral students' in these learning processes. In Sweden, Brodin is also leading the doctoral supervision course for academic staff across all faculties at Lund University.
