SAI Learning provides modular, data science education tailored to food, agriculture, and natural resource applications for working professionals and students.
Together with our local and international partners, we offer hybrid and online workshops that can be linked together to create custom pathways to serve different student and employer needs. Workshops are targeted toward equipping the next generation of African agri-food data scientists.
AGRI-FOOD FOCUSSED
All our teaching examples are in the agri-food sector, using real-life data from projects and problems experienced by instructors.
We provide examples from across the genetics, environment, management, and socioeconomic spaces so that students aren't siloed in their skills. This ensures that students learn both the general and specific skills needed to be successful in applying what they learn to real-world problems.
