Shosh Leshem is professor in education at Oranim Academic College of Education and Kibbutzim Academic College, Israel. Shosh served as Head of Teacher Education Faculty for eight years and held senior administrative roles. She has been involved in international projects on teaching excellence in higher education in the framework of Erasmus. Shosh has been a visiting scholar at Harvard Graduate School of Education and a visiting lecturer in many universities in Europe, UK, USA and South Africa, teaching on doctoral programmes and conducting workshops for doctoral students, supervisors and examiners. Shosh has been supervising numerous post graduate students, mainly in the field of education. She has published extensively in the fields of doctoral education, post graduate supervision, mentoring, language acquisition (EFL/ESL), academic writing and teacher education. She is co-author of the book ´Stepping Stones to Achieving your Doctorate, OUP
