Dr. Yaw Owusu-Agyeman is the head of Examinations and Records Department and a part-time lecturer at Ghana Technology University College. He obtained his PhD in Curriculum Studies from Stellenbosch University in March 2016 and his dissertation focused on increasing resource, knowledge and skills support for adult learners who are also workers in the telecommunications and energy sectors of Ghana. Yaw is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), UK and his research interest include: adult learning in higher education, technology-mediated learning, innovative pedagogies in higher education and increasing access to higher education among adults.
