Professor Ruth Albertyn

Professor Ruth Albertyn graduated from Stellenbosch University with a Master's (Cum Laude) and PhD in Adult Education. She is an associate professor and extraordinary faculty at the University of Stellenbosch Business School and research associate in the Centre for Higher and Adult Education. She teaches research methodology and has supervised students on a Master's and doctoral level. She has been involved in capacity development for academics at various Southern African universities, on the African continent and in Belgium. She has won awards for teaching, research, and an international award for outstanding review. Her research focus is on doctoral education, postgraduate supervision and researcher development.
