We invite applications for a postdoctoral fellowship focused on exploring and understanding the role of research scientists in public engagement with science. This research forms part of a collaboration between the Kavli Centre for Ethics, Science, and the Public (KCESP) at the University of Cambridge, Wellcome Connecting Science (WCS) and Stellenbosch University (SU).
The position is at Stellenbosch University, South Africa, and the successful candidate will work closely with Professor Marina Joubert at the Centre for Research on Evaluation, Science and Technology (CREST). The fellowship will be awarded for one year.
Anyone who has completed a PhD in the last five years may apply. In particular, we invite candidates who have a PhD in science communication or a related topic relevant to public engagement with science to apply.
