CREST warmly welcomed 57 delegates representing the 26 esteemed South African universities to an enriching two-day Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training workshop held on the 3rd and 4th of May 2023. As the inaugural contact session of 2023, this event united managers of the University Capacity Development Programme (UCDP), funded by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). Notably, the training garnered the presence of four esteemed officials from DHET, signifying the significance and commitment towards this initiative.
The gathering served as a platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and networking, facilitating a vibrant atmosphere where participants explored innovative strategies and best practices. CREST takes immense pride in spearheading such initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the higher education landscape.
